How can I add my custom studio logo to a product?

Studio logos can be added to select products in ROES automatically once the studio logo has been placed on file with Bay Photo Lab. To be sure that the logo prints properly, please make sure the file submitted follows our guidelines:
  • Logo must be black & white, shades of gray, or some combination of those
  • Black areas of the logo will display the logo color at 100% opacity, gray will be semi-opaque, & white will be completely transparent on the final print
  • JPG format only
  • The image file should be 1000 pixels on the longest side, at 250ppi

To send your logo to Bay Photo Lab for use with ROES:

  1. Open Bay ROES Professional or Economy (Logo Prints are not available in Bay ROES Emerge).
  2. Open the Standard Catalog.
  3. Under the 'Photographic Prints' tab, select the 'Logo Prints' tab.
  4. Select the 'DROPBOX' product.
  5. Either import the folder containing the logo file and drag the image preview into the box in the center, or drag the file directly from its location on your computer into the same center box.
  6. Click the 'Add to Cart' button once the logo file appears in that center box.
  7. Go to the Cart and complete the order, selecting one of the local pickup options for delivery.
  8. Once we have confirmed that your logo has been received and is formatted correctly, you may order the Logo Prints products.
  9. Use the Logo Options in the Options Palette to set the logo's position and color on the print.
