Your account information, including a summary of your payments during any date range you specify, can be accessed online via our secure Account Management system at my.bayphoto.com. This process can also be used to access order or invoice activity. We do also recommend retaining all order paperwork for your records as we may need its information from you if requesting a remake or credit.
Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to https://my.bayphoto.com
- Click on the "My account activity" button
- Select the date range that you would like to view
- Click "Go" and view your statement. It's that easy!
