How long will I be able to place orders through Pro Prints?
Ordering through Pro Prints will be available through May 28th at noon MDT.
How can I access my Pro Prints order history?
You will be able to access your order history through May 28th at noon MDT. After that, please send an email to support@bayphoto.com including: your name, Pro Prints account email address, and the date range for your order history. Our Customer Service Team will be able to share your order history with you upon request.
Will my tax exemption certificate transfer to my Bay Photo account?
Yes, when you sign up for your Bay Photo account, be sure to use the same email connected with your Pro Prints account. This will ensure your tax certificate is automatically migrated to your Bay Photo account.
If you already signed up using a different email for your Bay Photo account, you will need to put it on file as your existing one won’t be transferred over automatically (see this page for details).
Will I be able to order Pro Prints products through Bay Photo?
Pro Prints products will not be introduced into Bay Photo’s offerings, however we have an extensive selection of premium quality products and options. We would love to help you find the best fit for your business when it comes to comparable alternatives.
