You can order retouching through Bay ROES! Once you have selected your product catalog and added your image to the template area, you can select retouching under Options > Choose retouching Options. This is typically on the right hand side of the screen.

Digital Copies of your Retouched File(s)
In the My Cart Window in Bay ROES, you can select from 2 options to receive your digital files.
On the right hand side in the Options panel, if you expand the section “Your Files Returned By”, you can select from a USB Drive or Digital Delivery.
Preview of Retouching / Digital Artwork
A preview of your retouched file(s) can be emailed to you before your order enters production if you add a note under the retouching options. This would allow you to approve the retouching before the order is printed.
There is a digital delivery fee of $4.40 for the digital preview.
Otherwise, by default, your order will be sent to production as soon as the retouching is completed.
What do I do if I am unhappy with the Retouching/ Digital Artwork?
We stand behind our retouching services and will work with you if you ever receive retouching or digital artwork that you are unhappy with.
If your retouching request is detailed with specific needs, we recommend leaving very clear notes in the retouching option panel when ordering.
