Bay Photo Retention Policy

We understand the importance of transparency when it comes to data handling. Managing and retaining orders and images effectively is crucial for both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Our Retention Policy is to store order data and image files for a maximum of 6 months for the purpose of fulfilling the order as submitted. Per our terms of service: You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service. 

Keeping images on file for a period of up to 6 months allows us to efficiently manage and access order data as needed. This time frame ensures that we can promptly address any issues, review processes, or resolve discrepancies that may arise. 

Should you need to reference a previous order or image file, having them available for up to 6 months ensures we can provide timely and accurate support. 

Once the 6 month period has elapsed, images are securely deleted from our systems. 

If for any reason you require deletion of your order or image files at any point after the order has been submitted and/ or printed, you can contact our Support Team. 

Please note: If any issue arises after your order and/or images are deleted, the order can no longer be recovered. We recommend waiting for the order to arrive so you have time to inspect the order before submitting a request for deletion. Bay Photo does not guarantee storage of images for any amount of time; we recommend keeping your photos secure via a cloud storage service.
