Custom sizes can be made for some of our products, and you can order them through Bay ROES or Online. Here is how to order them:
NOTE: All custom sizes require that the file be cropped to the desired size.
Bay ROES:
Fine Art Canvas
- Select the Custom Size Giclée Canvas product, at the bottom of the list of sizes.
- Enter your desired custom size in the Options section.
- If you are ordering the Natural Wrap style (image wraps around the frame), you will need to account for the material that wraps around on the sides and back. Please refer to the Canvas Wraps page for specifics.
- Add the product to the Cart.
- Instructions regarding the custom size are not required.
Photographic Prints, MetalPrints, Acrylic Prints, Wood Prints, Framed Prints, Fine Art Prints
The procedure is the same as the Fine Art Canvas prints, except that there is no need to account for the image wrapping around.
- Select the Custom Size template product, at the bottom of the list of sizes.
- The Photographic Prints custom size templates will be listed under the tab "All Sizes" after selecting your paper surface.
- Enter your desired custom size in the Options section
Currently, no other products can be made in a custom size.
Online:
MetalPrints, Acrylic Prints, Wood Prints, Fine Art Prints
- Navigate to your product catalog of choice and click "Custom" under the size options.
- Enter your desired custom size in the Width and Height fields.
- You can now click and drag your image into the updated print template, Add to Cart, and proceed through the checkout.
Framed Prints
- In the Framed Prints catalog, select the "Framed Prints - Custom Sizes" sub catalog.
- Enter your desired custom size in the Width and Height fields.
- You can now click and drag your image into the updated print template, Add to Cart, and proceed through the checkout.
