In Bay ROES, the order file can be compiled, but does not have to be immediately uploaded through ROES. On the last step in the checkout process, select "Save to disk for alternate delivery", instead of "Send now via the internet".
Bay ROES will compile all the order information and files into one encrypted file, and you will be prompted to select a location for the file to be saved. This file ending in .RO can then be sent to us via TransferNow.
Once you upload the file please add the recipient email address as: support@bayphoto.com
After the upload is complete, please notify us so that we can make sure the order is able to process successfully.
