As part of an ongoing effort to streamline production and provide fast delivery while still maintaining the highest quality standards, we have adjusted how Special Instructions are communicated on orders.
Order notes can be added two ways:
- A NEW Hold Request Checkbox in the My Cart Window of Bay ROES. This new checkbox will allow you to request your order be placed on hold so you can contact Customer Service before the order goes into production.
- By contacting Customer Service as soon as possible with your order number. We have Phone and Live Chat support available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm PT, or you can email us anytime.
