The .BayPhotoLab Folder
The .BayPhotoLab folder contains saved orders, packages, templates, favorites, and custom ROES settings, and may need to be accessed when troubleshooting ROES issues.
Location of the .BayPhotoLab folder:
The .ROEScache Folder
The .ROEScache folder contains the built-in backgrounds, templates, images, and catalog files for all versions of ROES, from all print labs. If any of the files are too old, or become corrupt, it can prevent ROES from launching. This would be the case if ROES fails to launch at the "Reading Catalog" or "Creating Products" stage, and deleting the .ROEScache folder and relaunching ROES will download new a new ROES cache.

- Mac OS:
- Open a Finder window
- From the Apple menu bar (top of the screen), click the Go heading
- Select Go to Folder
- In the Go to Folder dialog, enter ~/.BayPhotoLab
