Why is my SEP login changing?
In the final step of the Bay-BRI merger, we have changed how you track and submit SEP orders. Bay Photo has moved to a single sign-on to allow account & order information to be accessed in one place. In addition, SEP has been updated to accept all Bay Photo customer numbers, streamlining your workflow.
When are these changes happening?
To continue uninterrupted service, SEP users will need to update both their login and the software by August 1, 2025. After this date, legacy BRI logins will no longer work.
What will I need to do?
To begin, you will need to have a Bay Photo account. If you do not already have one, you can quickly & easily create an account here. Once you have a Bay Photo account, this will be used to log into SEP. In the SEP login box, simply enter your Bay Photo customer number into the ‘Bay Account #’ field. Your password will be the same one used to log into MyBayPhoto.
Where can I find my Bay Photo customer number?
To find your customer number, log into your Bay Photo account and look in the top-left corner.
Where can I find the new version of SEP?
SEP version 1.6.0 is available for both Windows and MacOS, and can be downloaded here.
Will my products or pricing change?
No. These changes do not affect any of our products or pricing, and you can continue to enjoy the same great product selection you have come to know. For a full listing of products, pricing & designs, please check out the Sports & Events Plus page here.
Will my turnaround time be affected?
No. SEP orders will continue to be produced at our centrally located Midwest facility, allowing us to offer the same fast printing & shipping to all our customers.
Will I lose my existing orders and packages?
No. Updating SEP & your login will not cause you to lose any order or package data. Once updated, you can continue to use the software as normal, even if you are in the middle of entering an order.
How can I track my SEP orders?
You can now simply log into MyBayPhoto to track all Bay Photo orders, including SEP. Once on your account dashboard, you will see a new link labelled ‘SEP Orders’. This will allow you to view both in-lab and shipped orders.
*If you have not yet sent an SEP order through your Bay Photo account, this link will not yet be visible.
