When did Fotomoto shut down?
Fotomoto will stop taking new orders on 10/21/26. Stores and widgets will no longer load on sites that embedded them.
What happens to orders already placed?
Orders placed before 10/21/26 will be fulfilled and shipped as normal. Tracking details are sent by email as each order ships.
Will I receive my outstanding payouts?
Yes. Remaining earnings will be paid to your account's payout method according to your normal payment cycle. If your payout details have changed, contact us before then.
Can I get my photos or account data back?
Fotomoto never stored your original image files beyond what was needed to print orders. For a copy of your account or sales history, email support@fotomoto.com.
Should I remove the Fotomoto script from my website?
Yes. The script no longer does anything, so you can safely delete the Fotomoto code from your site's pages or template.
