When attempting to import image files into Bay ROES under Mac OS, the file names will be gray and inactive. However, remember that ROES imports the folder and its contents rather than individual images, so when the folder is displayed, click the Open button, and all the images in that folder will be imported. Please make sure that all the image files meet our file preparation guidelines.
