The Mac OS app Photos stores images in a location that Bay ROES cannot access, so the images must be exported from Photos before they can be imported into ROES.
We recommend creating a new folder on the Desktop or another convenient location, and then exporting the images from the Photos app to that folder. When exporting the files, you may choose the specific images you want to use in the order. Make sure that the images meet our file preparation guidelines to ensure compatibility with ROES.
