Why is my Sports Design Software (SDS) changing?
In August 2024, Bay Photo launched Sports & Events Online – a streamlined, web-based ordering system designed for convenience. As an evolved version of the platform that powers Bay ROES, Sports & Events Online works directly in your browser with no software to install, making it easy to use on nearly any device, from virtually anywhere.
This new ordering system is intended as a direct replacement for the Sports Design Software (SDS), previously used by Black River Imaging customers, and is one of the final steps in the exciting merger between Bay & BRI!
When are these changes happening?
To continue enjoying our great products, designs, and service, SDS users will need to switch to Sports & Events Online by November 3, 2025. After this date, SDS will no longer operate.
What will I need to do?
To begin, you will need to have a Bay Photo account. If you do not already have one, you can quickly & easily create an account here. Once you have a Bay Photo account, this will be used to log into Sports & Events Online.

Will my products or pricing change?

Will my turnaround time be affected?
No. Sports & Events Online orders will continue to be produced at our centrally located Midwest facility, allowing us to offer the same fast printing & shipping service to all our customers.
